YPB Group Limited (ASX:YPB) –Suspension Update
YPB Group Limited ( Company ) refers to its request for a voluntary suspension granted by the ASX on 1 September 2017 pending announcement by the Company of the completion of a placement of shares in the Company to institutional and/or sophisticated investors. in the trading of its shares. ( Announcement ).
YPB’s market announcement dated 1 September 2017 advised that the Company anticipated the Announcement would be made to the market on or before 5 September 2017, to end the period of suspension.
The Company is in the process of finalising acceptances which process is anticipated to be completed on or before commencement of trading 7 September 2017.
YPB anticipates the Announcement will be made on or before 6 September which is expected to end the period of suspension.
