Release from Escrow of Restricted Securities

YPB Group Ltd (ASX:YPB) advises in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A that the following restricted securities will be released from escrow on 7 August 2016.

• ⎯ 67,300,668 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares

• ⎯ 750,000 1c Options exercisable at $0.20 Expiry 31 October 2017

All of the above securities were issued to vendors prior to the re-quotation of the company’s securities to the ASX and were subject to 24 months’ escrow from the date of re-quotation being 7 August 2014.
