YPB Group Ltd (ASX:YPB) Results of Rights Issue

The Board of YPB Group Ltd (ASX:YPB) ( Company ) is delighted to advise that the non-renounceable rights issue pursuant to the Prospectus dated 24 December 2014 ( Rights Issue ) closed on Friday 16 January 2015 heavily oversubscribed with 83.6% of entitlements being taken up and shortfall applications approximately 51,000,000, being 11.4 times those available.

The Company has accepted all valid applications received under the Rights Issue and will issue 22,777,119 new options at an issue price of A$0.01 per option, raising $227,771.19.

Those new options will be allotted on Friday 23 January 2015 and holding statements for that allotment will be despatched on Friday 30 January 2015.

The directors of the Company reserve the right to issue the shortfall of 4,452,958 options at their discretion within 3 months of the closing date at an issue price not less than A$0.01 per option.

The directors of the Company wish to thank all shareholders who participated in the Rights Issue.
