The company confirms that it has completed the agreement dated 20 March 2014 to acquire from the vendors, being the shareholders in YPB Limited all of the issued capital of YPB Limited by the issuance of 74,250,000 shares in YPB Group Ltd, the dispatch of holding statements for such shares will occur on 4 August 2014.
