LISTING RULE 3.10A - RELEASE FROM ESCROW

We advise that the release made on 16^th June 2005 concerning the release of shares and options during the period from 1 July 2005 until 31 July 2005, omitted listing 800,000 ordinary shares and 1,200,000 options that were due for release on 1 July 2005. These shares and options will now be released 10 business date from the date of this announcement.

The totals of securities to be released during July 2005 that was shown in the announcement, being 4,387,500 shares and 6,581,250 options was correct.
