Experienced Banking & Tech executive hired as CSO

• Marcus Cann has years of experience in Technology, Banking and Product strategies

Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE) a growing disruptor in the AI, quantum-security, secure fund and file transfer and QR code solution space, is pleased to announce the hire of Marcus Cann as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to lead the push into Quantum Secure file and fund transfer for the QuantumAI Secure platform to be acquired from Credissential Inc subject to shareholder approval at the recently announced EGM of the Company.

Hire focuses Company’s Transition to SaaS and Quantum Secured Fund and File Transfers

The Company identified the need for specialist experience in the Banking and Payments Technology arenas and Marcus has valuable experience as Head of Partnerships at Volt Bank from 2019 to 2021, a “Banking as a Platform” technology Company. Marcus also comes with relevant experience having served as CTO of an “Open Banking” solution for Mogo between 2016 and 2019.

Marcus comes with a wealth of experience in Banking and Finance Technology, Self-Service SaaS, Strategy and having served as a Chief Technology Officer. Details of Marcus’ remuneration follow below.

Chief Strategy Officer Employment Details:

1. Initial 12 month contract.

2. Annual salary $200,000.00

3. Incentive payable after 12 month service of $50,000 in CDE shares (subject to shareholder approval to be sought at a General Meeting), upon delivery of objectives.

4. Shares value to be calculated by dividing $50,000 by the 5 day VWAP recorded prior to the date of the 12 month anniversary of the appointment.

5. Standard terms and conditions apply and termination is at either party volition.
