Appointment of Director - Colin Turner
The Board of Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE) or “the Company” wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Colin Turner as a Director of the Company following the sad and sudden passing of Mr. Gerard Eakin.
Colin is an experienced Board member and has an in-depth knowledge of the Company having assisted with its initial listing in 2014.
The Directors will consider the composition of the Board in the coming months and inform the market accordingly.
