Appointment of Company Secretary

YPB Group Limited (ASX: YPB) (YPB or the Company) advises that Mrs Lucy Rowe, of Automic Group has been appointed Company Secretary of the Company, effective immediately.

Mrs Rowe replaces Mr Sebastian Andre who has resigned as Company Secretary due to other business commitments.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mrs Rowe will be the person responsible for communications with ASX.
