The company is pleased to announce that highly experienced and successful businessman and investor Ronald (Ron) Langley has today been appointed as a Non-executive Director of the Company.

Attached is the relevant Appendix 3X.

Ronald Langley

Ron returned to Sydney in 2009 after 25 years abroad where he reconnected with Sir Ron Brierley as well as investing in a number early phase companies.

Ron spent the greater part of his business life in the US where he was President of Industrial Equity (Pacific) Limited which became a substantial business. Subsequent to this, he was Executive Chairman of PICO Holdings, Inc. a then troubled medical malpractice insurance company in Ohio which was transformed into a highly valued water rights and strategic investment company.

He is a Director of Mercantile Investment Company Limited, a number of private companies and a foundation. He has held public company directorships in 8 countries but none within the past 5 years apart from PICO and Guinness Peat Group plc. Ron graduated with Honours in Accounting from the University New South Wales.
