Update to Virtual Annual General Meeting Details

Further to its Notice of Annual General Meeting ( Notice ) released to ASX on 2 May 2023, YPB Group Limited (ASX: YPB ) ( YPB or the Company ) provides an update to the online meeting details which have now changed from those included in that Notice.

Shareholders wishing to attend the virtual General Meeting (which will be broadcast as a live webinar) should register in advance by contacting the Company Secretary by email at [email protected].

Instructions regarding attending, voting and asking questions at the Meeting will be provided following registration. Shareholders will be able to vote and ask questions at the virtual meeting.

Shareholders are also encouraged to submit questions in advance of the Meeting to the Company. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Company Secretary at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the Meeting.
