Date of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, YPB Group Limited ( YPB or the Company ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, 30 May 2022.

In accordance with 7.10 of the Company's constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations for persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday, 6 April 2022.

Any nominations must be received no later than 5.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 6 April 2022 at the Company’s registered office.
