Annual General Meeting Update

YPB Group Limited (ASX:YPB) advises that the Board has resolved to defer the Annual General Meeting of shareholders originally intended to be held on Friday, 29 May 2020 (AGM) until further notice.

The deferral is required to provide the Company time to prepare to hold a meeting that will allow shareholders the best opportunity to participate while taking into account the health and safety of shareholders as well as the changing regulations resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The deferral of the AGM is in line with ASIC’s ‘no action’ position announced on 20 March 2020. The Company continues to assess the situation and a notice of AGM will be sent to shareholders once a date of the meeting has been set. At present, the new date on which the AGM will be held has not been determined, but the Company intends to minimize the postponement to the extent practicable.
