Disclosure of the total number of voting rights as of 28 November 2025

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby notifies the market participants of the total number of voting rights as of 28 November 2025.

Following the increase of the share capital of the Company through the issuance of 1,079,447 new ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of USD 0.01 each and with reference to current report ESPI No. 26/2025 dated 20th November 2025 the Company discloses to the public total number of voting rights in the Company in the form of Annex B (is attached to this report) in accordance with article 14 of the Luxembourg Transparency Law.

Total number of shares as well as the total number of voting rights of the Company as of 28th November 2025 is 46,090,567.

Legal grounds: Article 14 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market (the "Luxembourg Transparency Law")
