Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 5 January 2016 that a company directly held and beneficially owned by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 233 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,694 pence per Ordinary Share on 4 January 2016.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 21,361,193 Ordinary Shares (50.69%).
