Enhanced Scrip Dividend Alternative - Application for Listing

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 3,358,424 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in the Company ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 22 May 2026.

These Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Enhanced Scrip Dividend Alternative in respect of the 2025 Final Dividend.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
