Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR) or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 9 October 2015 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 3,103 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,800 pence per Ordinary Share between 7 and 8 October 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, reflecting those held in Trust is 21,359,635 Ordinary Shares (50.69%).
