Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR) or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 12 August 2015 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1,874.91 pence per Ordinary Share, with the lowest price paid being 1,835 pence per Ordinary Share, and the highest price paid being 1,878 pence per Ordinary Share, on 12 August 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust is 21,496,255 Ordinary Shares (51.34%).
