The Company announces that it was notified on 12 March 2015 that Angela Crawley, the wife of Joseph Crawley, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is interested in 241,274 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (0.6%), as a result of Angela Crawley being notified on 11 March 2015 that she had become a beneficiary of a Trust in which these Ordinary Shares are held.
