Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company notified the Company on;

• 1. 9 October 2014 that he purchased 153 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,348 pence per Ordinary Share on 8 October 2014; and
• 1. 10 October 2014 that he purchased 800 Ordinary Shares at 1,317 pence per Ordinary Share on 10 October 2014.

Following these transactions, Mr Whiteley's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 13,800 Ordinary Shares (0.03%).
