Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The company announces that it was notified on 23 October 2014 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 4,511 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,301 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 October 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 21,967,526 Ordinary Shares (51.17%).
