Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 28 April 2014 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 23,760 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,394 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 April 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 22,505,500 Ordinary Shares (51.20%).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Mr Mortstedt's interest referred to above includes those Ordinary Shares that are to be sold pursuant to the Tender Offer (as set out in the Circular dated 14 March 2014), which is expected to complete on 2 May 2014.
