Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 26 April 2013 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 1,536 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 920 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 April 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,204,910 Ordinary Shares (54.70%).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Mr Mortstedt's interest referred to above includes those Ordinary Shares that have been sold pursuant to the Tender Offer (as set out in the Circular dated 15 March 2013), which completed on 26 April 2013, but are yet to be notified to the Company.
