Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 2 May 2012 that Karin Mortstedt, the wife of Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company and therefore a connected person, purchased a total of 1,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 625 pence and 630 pence per Ordinary Share on 2 May 2012.

Following this transaction, the interest of Mr Mortstedt, combined with the interest of Mrs Mortstedt, in the Company following this transaction is 23,412,201 Ordinary Shares (53.35%).
