Directorate Changes

CLS Holdings plc announces the appointment of Bengt Mortstedt as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Mr B Mortstedt, 68, is a founding member of CLS and first served as a Director from its inception until May 2010.  He has extensive experience of the European property market and of the Group's core business, and has developed and now runs his own hotels in St Vincent & The Grenadines, West Indies.  Mr B Mortstedt holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Stockholm University and, before focusing on the property sector, began his career as a Junior District Court Judge in Sweden. 

Mr B Mortstedt has an interest in 2,807,255 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (6.89%).

CLS also announces the retirement from the Board of Philip Mortstedt, son of Bengt Mortstedt.

There are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
