CLR Investment Fund Public Ltd (the «Company») announces that its Board of Directors will meet on 18 November 2014 to examine and approve the Interim Management Statement of the Group (where "Group" means the Company and its subsidiary companies), which is being published in the second half of the financial year 2014, pursuant to Article 11 of the Transparency Law 2007 (N.190(1) of 2007).
The Interim Management Statement of the Group will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission the next day.
