• 1. Examination of the Company's Annual Report for 2022 (including the Directors' Report, the Independent Auditors' Report and the Consolidated and Standalone Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022).
• 1. Re-election/Election of Members to the Board of Directors.
• 1. Determination of the remuneration of the Members of the Board of Directors.
• 1. Re-appointment of Auditors and authorisation of the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
• 1. Any other business that may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
