CLOUDIA RESEARCH: MUTUAL TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH ILLIMITY BANK AND APPOINTMENT OF CFO SIM AS NEW EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR
Milan, January 5, 2026 – Cloudia Research S.p.A., an Innovative SME active in the digital transformation sector with a specialized offering in ERP, Cloud, and AI ("Cloudia Research" or the "Company"), listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces – pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation – that it has agreed to the consensual termination of the contract for the provision of Euronext Growth Advisor ("EGA") services with illimity Bank S.p.A. ("illimity"), part of the Banca Ifis Group.
Cloudia Research and illimity, while acknowledging their mutual satisfaction with the collaboration and the activities carried out to date, have decided to proceed with the consensual termination of the relationship, effective as of January 6, in compliance with applicable regulations.
The Company wishes to thank illimity Bank S.p.A. for the professional support provided during its growth journey and its presence on the Euronext Growth Milan market.
At the same time, Cloudia Research announces the appointment of CFO SIM S.p.A. as its new Euronext Growth Advisor, effective January 6, 2026. This appointment ensures continuity in compliance with the requirements of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, without any interruption in the assistance provided to the Company.
It should be noted that CFO SIM S.p.A. has today submitted to Borsa Italiana the declaration required under Form 2, Section C of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulation.
