RESIGNATION OF THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Milan, November 28, 2025. Cloudia Research S.p.A., a company operating in the digital transformation sector with a specialised offering in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) field ("Cloudia Research" or the "Company"), announces, that Mr. Daniele Antonaci, Chief Financial Officer, has submitted his resignation, effective as of 27 November 2025.

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Marco Merafina, wishes to express his sincere gratitude to Daniele Antonaci for the outstanding work carried out over the years, which has contributed significantly to the company's growth and solidity, as well as to the 2023 IPO process.

The decision is solely related to personal and family needs. Cloudia Research continues its development path with its usual determination and focus on its strategic objectives. With regard to the replacement of the CFO, reflections and evaluations are currently underway to identify the most suitable candidate to carry forward the path undertaken.
