UPDATE TO THE 2026 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
Milan, May 14, 2026 – Cloudia Research S.p.A., an Innovative SME operating in the digital transformation sector with a specialized offering in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Cloud, and AI ("Cloudia Research" or the "Company"), listed on Euronext Growth Milan, in accordance with Art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, hereby announces that the Board of Directors, acting as a precautionary measure and in compliance with the highest standards of information transparency, has approved a further update to the corporate events calendar.
This decision was taken to allow for the completion of technical and formal verification activities regarding the draft separate financial statements as of December 31, 2025, in light of recent discussions with the control bodies and the auditing firm.
The updated calendar is set out below:
