RESULT OF THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING: APPOINTMENT OF THE AUDITING FIRM
Milan, July 30, 2025. Cloudia Research S.p.A., an innovative SME active in the digital transformation sector with specialized offerings in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Cloud, and AI ("Cloudia Research" or the "Company"), listed on Euronext Growth Milan, meeting today under the chairmanship of Marcantonio Angelo Merafina, announces that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting was held today to approve the appointment of the new independent auditors.
The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting unanimously resolved to appoint and reappoint BDO Italia S.p.A. as independent auditor for the three-year period 2025-2027, replacing the previous appointment that had expired. The appointment was made upon recommendation of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors.
BDO Italia S.p.A. He will be responsible for auditing the financial statements and consolidated financial statements and for verifying the proper maintenance of the company's accounts, in compliance with current legislation and international accounting principles.
