Change of auditor

Melbourne, Australia – Close the Loop Limited ( Close the Loop Group or the Group ) (ASX: CLG) , an end-to-end circular solutions provider from design and manufacturing, through to collection and recycling of products, announced that Nexia Australia Pty Ltd (Nexia) has been appointed as the Group’s auditor effective today, 7 July 2022. This appointment follows the resignation of BDO Audit Pty Ltd (BDO) and ASIC’s consent to same.

The Board’s decision to change auditor was made following a consultation process and it chose Nexia based on the firm’s reputation, experience and history of the firm working with the Group through its 2021 IPO process.

In accordance with section 327(c) of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be tabled at the Group’s 2022 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of Nexia as the Close the Loop Group’s auditor.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank BDO for its valued assistance and service to the Group since Close the Loop Group’s ASX listing in December 2021.
