Description
Close the Loop Limited (‘CLG’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Tuesday, 30 November 2021.
The securities of CLG will commence quotation at 12:00PM AEDT on Thursday, 2 December 2021.
CLG raised $15,750,078 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 22 October 2021 by the issue of 60,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share and the sale of 18,750,390 shares by CtL Sale Co Limited at a sale price of $0.20 per share.
