Board Resignation

Close the Loop Limited ( Close the Loop or the Company ) (ASX: CLG) wishes to advise that Darren Brits has tendered his resignation as an Executive Director of the Board, effective as of 30 June 2023.
The Board would like to thank Darren for his contribution to Close the Loop, having been an integral part of the business as a Co-Founder of O F Packaging.
