Godis Holdings S.àr.l. är, till följd av ett aktieägaravtal med AB Malfors Promotor och Cidron Pord S.àr.l. skyldigt att sammanräkna sitt innehav i Cloetta med dessas innehav.Cidron Pord S.àr.l. som också förvärvat aktier i Cloetta, har denna dag offentliggjort ett separat flaggningsmeddelande. Detta innebär att Godis holdings S.àr.l.:s direkta och indirekta andel av samtliga aktier är 79,1 procent och Godis holdings S.àr.l.:s direkta och indirekta andel av röstetalet för samtliga aktier är 84,7 procent. Den gräns som man därmed passerar är avseende såväl aktier som röstetal 66 2/3 procent.
