The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held as a hybrid meeting at Salon 4-6, Level 3, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong with online access through Vistra eVoting Portal (https://evoting.vistra.com/#/267) on Friday, 26 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m..

Online Attendance at the Annual General Meeting

You may attend, participate and vote by electronic means at the Annual General Meeting through Vistra eVoting Portal (https://evoting.vistra.com/#/267). By attending the Annual General Meeting online, you will be able to view a live broadcast of the Annual General Meeting, cast your vote on the resolutions in real time and dial in to raise questions to the Company. Vistra eVoting Portal will be open for shareholders to log in from 10:30 a.m. on 26 June 2026 (i.e. approximately 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the Annual General Meeting). Please refer to the Company's circular dated 29 April 2026 for details of the Annual General Meeting arrangements.
