Increased number of shares and votes in Cint Group AB (publ)

As of today, 30 April 2026, the total number of shares and votes in Cint Group AB (publ) amounts to 355,148,417.

During April 2026, the number of shares and votes in the company increased by 172,034 as a result of the exercise of warrants of series 2023/2026 that were issued within the framework of LTIP 2023, the long-term incentive programme that was established pursuant to a resolution at the extraordinary general meeting held on 26 January 2023. Accordingly, the company has a total of 355,148,417 shares and votes as of today.
