Subject:_#160;Amendmentof the terms and conditions of issuance of the series F bonds
The ManagementBoard of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;),announces that on 19 April 2024, it adopted a resolution amending theterms and conditions of the series F bond issue and entered into anagreement with the sole bondholder holding 60 registered series F bondsissued by the Company (current reports No. 28/2023 of 14 July 2023 andNo. 31/2020 of 20 July 2023) to amend the terms and conditions of thebond issue. In accordance with the resolution of the Management Boardand the agreement, the provision regarding the deadline for submitting arequest for early redemption was changed, in such a way that the termcan be shortened by agreement between the Company and the bondholder.
Other terms andconditions of the Bond issue have not changed.
