Zarząd CI Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), działając stosownie do art. 395 § 2 pkt 2 Kodeksu spółek handlowych, zwraca się niniejszym do Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Spółki o podjęcie uchwały w przedmiocie podziału zysku osiągniętego w roku obrotowym 2025 w wysokości 846.777,98 zł (słownie: osiemset czterdzieści sześć tysięcy siedemset siedemdziesiąt siedem 98/100) na pokrycie strat z lat ubiegłych.

MOTION OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF CI GAMES SE

REGARDING THE DISTRIBUTION OF PROFIT FOR THE 2025 FINANCIAL YEAR

The Management Board of CI Games SE, with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), acting pursuant to Article 395 § 2 item 2 of the Commercial Companies Code, hereby requests the Annual General Meeting of the Company to adopt a resolution regarding the distribution of profit for the financial year 2025 in the amount of PLN 846,777.98 (in words: eight hundred forty-six thousand seven hundred seventy-seven and 98/100) to cover losses from previous years.
