Subject:Appointment of new members of the Management Board of CIGames SE

The Management Board of CI Games SE, with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company"), hereby informs that on March 2,2026, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolutionsappointing Mr. Cameron Sanders and Ms. Katarzyna Sermanowicz-Giza to theManagement Board of the Company, effective as of March 3, 2026, for thecurrent joint term of office, entrusting them with the functions ofMembers of the Management Board.

Attached to this current report, the Company provides informationregarding the appointed Members of the Management Board, including theireducation, qualifications, previously held positions, and a descriptionof their professional careers.

According to the statements submitted by the appointed Members of theManagement Board they do not conduct any activity competitive to theCompany, they do not participate in a competing company as partners in acivil law partnership or partnership, nor as members of a governing bodyof a competing company or any other competing legal entity, they are notentered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to theAct of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register.
