Subject:Appointment of a new members of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of CI Games SE, with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company"), hereby informs that on 13 February 2026 theExtraordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed Mr Michał JózefKwiatkowski and Mr Dariusz Kulgawczuk to the Supervisory Board of theCompany for the current joint term of office of the Supervisory Board,entrusting them with the functions of Members of the Supervisory Board.

Attached to this current report, the Company provides information on theappointed Members of the Supervisory Board, including their education,qualifications, previously held positions and a description of theirprofessional experience.

Mr Michał Józef Kwiatkowski and Mr Dariusz Kulgawczuk do not conduct anyactivities competitive to the Company, nor do they participate in anyentity competitive to the Company. Furthermore, they are not listed inthe Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on theNational Court Register.
