Dariusz Kulgawczuk has been practising as a legal adviser for nearly 20 years and is a Managing Partner at RKKW – KWAŚNICKI, WRÓBEL & Partners, where he is responsible for the strategic management of the firm, the development of its business offering and the supervision of key legal practices.

He has professional experience in handling complex business ventures. He specialises in corporate advisory services, as well as the conduct and strategic management of legal disputes. He combines in-depth legal knowledge with a practical understanding of business realities and decision-making processes in companies. He has many years of experience in serving and advising supervisory boards of public companies, which has provided him with practical knowledge in the areas of corporate governance, investor relations and the responsibilities of company bodies.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, the University of Cambridge and the Universität des Saarlandes. He is a regular speaker at national and international conferences and conducts training courses for management and supervisory board members. He is also the author and co-author of numerous publications on commercial and procedural law, including books on company law.

His professional achievements have been repeatedly recognised in prestigious legal rankings – he has received, among others, the title of 'Recommended Lawyer' in the Legal 500 EMEA rankings and the 'Leading Lawyer' distinction in the Rzeczpospolita ranking for his work in the area of litigation and arbitration. As part of his practice, he also advises companies on, among other things, negotiating complex commercial contracts, organising holding companies, conducting corporate meetings, as well as carrying out reorganisations and restructurings, and has experience in M&A transactions and real estate projects.
