Subject:Nomination of a candidate for a member of theSupervisory Board

The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw("Company"), informs that on 6th February 2026, it received from theshareholder of the Company, Marek Tymiński, an application by Mr.Dariusz Kulgawczuk as a candidate for Member of the Supervisory Board ofthe Company. The application was submitted in connection with theExtraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 13th February2026 ("EGM") and agenda providing for the adoption of aresolution on the election of Member of the Supervisory Board. Theapplication was accompanied by the candidate's biographical information(BIO) and a statement, both of which are attached to this report toallow other shareholders to review the materials in advance of the EGM.
