Subject:Nomination of a candidate for a member of theSupervisory Board

The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw("Company"), informs that on 4th February 2026, it receivedfrom the shareholder of the Company, Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FISSCS, an application by Mr. Michał Józef Kwiatkowski as a candidate forMember of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The application wassubmitted in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of theCompany convened for 13th February 2026 ("EGM") and agendaproviding for the adoption of a resolution on the election of Member ofthe Supervisory Board. The application was accompanied by thecandidate's biographical information (BIO) and a statement, both ofwhich are attached to this report to allow other shareholders to reviewthe materials in advance of the EGM.
