Subject: Submission of candidate for member of theSupervisory Board of CI Games SE

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on 9 June 2023,in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company convenedfor 29 June 2023 (as per current report No. 20/2023 on 2 June 2023), theagenda of which provides for the adoption of a resolution on theappointment of the new Supervisory Board Member (as per current reportNo. 22/2023 on 9 June 2023), the Company has received notification froman authorized shareholder submitting candidate for Supervisory BoardMember.

Mr. Marek Tymiński, representing at least 5% of theCompany's share capital, proposed the candidacy of Mr. Mike Foley for anew Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. In the opinion ofthe shareholder, the extensive experience, competences and professionalsuccesses possessed by the candidate is the justification for hiselection and appointment to the Company's Supervisory Board.

The CV of Mr. Mike Foley is attached to this currentreport.

The said candidate agreed to stand as candidate forthe Company's Supervisory Board. According to the statement made by thecandidate, he is not a person who conducts activities that would becompetitive to the activities of the Company.
