Subject: Notification on the release of Company's shares and transaction by persons entrusted with managerial duties
Pursuant to the Article 474 paragraph 1 of the Capital Markets Act, CIAK Grupa d.d., Savska Opatovina 36 (hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that on 15 January 2025 has transferred 42.000 shares, total nominal amount of EUR 55.743,58, which represent 0.21% subscribed capital of the Company. Before such transfer, the Company owned 42.000 of its own shares with a nominal value of EUR 55.743,58, which represents 0.21% of the Company's share capital. After the transfer, the Company does not own treasury shares.
The President of the Management Board, Ivan Leko, was awarded with 7,000 shares, with a total nominal amount of EUR 9,290.60, which represent 0.04% of the Company's subscribed capital. After the said transfer, Mr. Ivan Leko owns a total of 10.006.077 shares of the Issuer, which represent 50.66% of the subscribed capital of the Issuer and the same number of votes at the General Assembly.
Member of the Management Board Dalibor Bagarić, was awarded with 9,500 shares, with a total nominal amount of EUR 12,608.67, which represent 0.05% of the Company's subscribed capital. After the said transfer, Mr. Dalibor Bagarić owns a total of 46.000 shares of the Issuer, which represent 0.23% of the subscribed capital of the Issuer and the same number of votes at the General Assembly.
