CIAK Grupa d.d. (hereinafter: the "Issuer") hereby announces that it has received a notification from Mr. Ivan Leko, President of the Management Board, regarding the acquisition of the Issuer's shares.
On 14 May 2026, Mr. Ivan Leko acquired 100 shares representing 0.001% of the Issuer's share capital.
Following the acquisition of the mentioned shares, Mr. Ivan Leko holds a total of 9,999,952 shares of the Issuer, representing 50.63% of the Issuer's share capital and the same amount of voting rights at the General Assembly.
