Performance Rights and Options Plan

Please be advised of the following changes to the number of securities within the Charter Hall Performance Rights and Options Plan (PROP).

The changes below are due to the cessation of employment of Jelte Bakker, former Group CFO of Charter Hall Group.

  • Exercise of 173,468 options and issue of stapled securities and resulting lapse of 173,468 options; and

  • Lapse of 685,630 options and performance rights (relating to unvested securities)

In addition to the above the following securities have lapsed within the PROP.

  • Lapse of 488,002 options and performance rights

This announcement therefore confirms that due to the lapsing of the above securities the following PROP balance adjustments have occurred:

As a result of the above there are now 308,040,283[1] stapled securities on issue, however the number of stapled securities on issue for the purposes of EPS, DPS and NTA calculations is 295,454,384 stapled securities.
