Charter Hall Group (ASX: CHC) today announced the appointment of Darren Steinberg as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Charter Hall Group. Mr Steinberg’s appointment will take effect today.
Darren has over 30 years’ experience in the property and funds management industry, with an extensive background in property investment and development across sectors at Westfield, Stockland, Colonial and more recently, Dexus.
Darren is currently a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Qualitas Limited and the Sydney Swans. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the Australian Property Institute. He is also a Life Member and former National President of the Property Council of Australia, a role he held for four years. Darren has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.
