Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (Charter Hall or the Charter Hall Group) advises that Mr David Harrison sold 400,000 securities on 30 May 2014 held via an indirect interest.
Mr Harrison intends to apply the sale proceeds from the 400,000 securities sold last Friday towards the repayment of the whole of his outstanding $1.2m Managing Director loan (made available at the time of the Group's IPO in 2005) which is repayable prior to 30 September 2014, together with associated tax obligations arising from this sale.
