Charter Hall Group (Charter Hall or the Group) (ASX: CHC) today announces that it has been assigned a first-time Baa1 issuer rating with a stable outlook. The rating has also been assigned to the Group’s recent US$175 million (A$231.5 million) US Private Placement (USPP).
This is the first time that Moody’s has assigned ratings to Charter Hall Group.
